This casting is based on the Dodge Tomahawk concept vehicle, initially designed as a one of concept vehicle, then later that year as a limitied production vehicle. It has a 10 cylinder car engine and four close coupled wheels giving it the appearance of a motorcycle.

The Hot Wheels casting was designed by Mark Jones and released in 2004. It comes in six colours silver, chrome gold, white, red, yellow and black. There is also a Kmart exclusive in chrome. Three version with riders were released in 2012, 2013 and 2016.
